About Us
We proudly work to organize and mobilize more than 60,000 Republican voters in Washtenaw County, Michigan to win federal, state, and local races for Republicans. Even in "blue" cities like Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, we fearlessly participate in local fairs, festivals, and parades, knock on doors in precincts across the county, and host educational events at our Ann Arbor headquarters.

Message from the Chairman
The Washtenaw County Republican Party is dedicated to fostering the party’s growth and achievements across all government levels, with a special focus on local impact. Our mission includes recruiting and supporting candidates, engaging and training volunteers, fundraising and contributing to party activities and campaigns, and hosting events. To expand our influence and deepen ties with voters, we Republicans must come together to champion conservative values and advocate for pro-freedom candidates and policies. Collaborative community effort is the key to our success.
There are many ways to get involved through one or more of our committees, which are led by members of the WCGOP Executive Committee. Please visit the Get Involved page to learn more.
Each aspect of party operations requires hard work, and I am grateful to our volunteers, our great Precinct Delegates, and our donors -- each of whom help us accomplish this good work.
