On Thursday, December 14^th 2023, we will host speaker Chrissy Grzadzinski, who will enrich us with her perspectives on “The 2A in The A2 – Leading an Educational Transformation”. Chrissy, a certified firearms instructor, serves the Grass Lake, Dexter, Chelsea and surrounding communities as Head Coach for the Warriors Shooting Teams.

These programs have earned stratospheric growth from their holistic approach to the sport of shooting; combining the need for an individual’s mental health, encouraging the parent-child relationship while teaching discipline and respect required for weapons management, and enhancing the accuracy skills of the team members. Chrissy, a full-time Registered Nurse, has developed a most distinct variety of professional experiences, crafting her coaching and leadership.

Despite the persistent, emotional, and uninformed attacks on the Second Amendment, Coach Chrissy works with our young athletes and their families to instill values that will help our society become safer, more respectful, and considerate of others. She is passionate towards leading transformative education to reduce pervasive gun violence.

Chrissy is a survivor of a culture of inner-city gang and gun violence. We look forward to understanding her walk towards best preparing our children and grandchildren for theirs.
